disable people are the ones mostly living in proverty and can not to afford a car and need one desperatley to go too the grocery and doctors appointments.

Last summer I donated my car to a religious orginization… I never recieved a reciept telling me how much they were able to auction my car off for or if they even did so. However, I did recieve a reciept acknowledging that I did actually donate my car though! Is there anyway to know how much to expect back in taxes and what I will need to do to ensure that I do get money back for the car?
