Are Dems having a hard time taking a position on whether Obama should have appointed Bush to Haiti relief?

Which is stronger: Your infatuation with Obama or your hatred of Bush?

They don’t know whether to continue to chant try Bush for war crimes or shut up! They are so easily confused
Bush has always been an excellent humanitarian. So has Clinton. They were both the most recent public leaders, and are greatly respected by both sides of our nations political fissure.
Choosing Bush and Clinton was a good idea, and I doubt highly it was Obama’s.
No. I’m glad Bush is helping raise money for Haitian relief efforts. I don’t think Bush is a bad guy, just a bad president.
Clinton is the straight man. Bush will be…well, Bush.
Everybody has a job to do.
Have no problem at all. I think conservatives hatred of the President is the problem.*
I’m not…I’m a Liberal and I HATE Bush!
Bush and all the Republicans who make up almost 50% of America should be banned from giving aid to Haiti
Obama is the bigger man here.
He is giving Bush a chance to redeem himself.
Now he may NOT go to hell, after all.
I don’t hate Bush or Obama. But then I’m no con or dem.
I don’t hate Bush. I have contempt for his leadership ability.
And I pity someone like you: One idiotic question after another.
Every once in a while, a situation occurs that points out how stupid people really are; a situation that undermines their prejudicial, erroneous beliefs. This is one of them.
Obama is doing exactly what Bush did – he is embracing a situation and doing the best he can to provide aid. Appointing two former presidents to head up the relief effort is a show of good will to the world; it is a tradition for former presidents to be the ambassadors of goodwill and it’s probably more for show and popularity than anything else
I posted a question about this before and really got slammed – only because my question was a lot more sarcastic than yours. Suddenly people who thought Bush was an incompetent boob are seeing their annointed one embrace him and ask for his help. Suddenly the man who was accused of neglecting Katrina victims because "he doesn’t like black people" is being appointed by a black president to go help a nation that is 90% black.
Maybe some people will just have to open their eyes and think for themselves a little. Maybe.
I have asked this a lot and they said its OK because 0bama said so.
They are so blatantly two faced it seems they would even notice it.
He was less than useless for his eight years in office! Might as well get some use out of him now! …And in Haiti he’ll be closer to Gitmo! Bill can take him over there for some quick waterbording before bringing him back here for trial on war crimes, finding him guilty and executing his sorry butt! Then Cheney and bin Laden will be next on the chopping block!! As for my infatuation of President Barack Obama versus my hatred of "W"aste Product, my hatred for "W"aste Product wins out every time! What he did to our country during his eight lousy year debacle of an administration was truly unconscionable and surely shouldn’t go unpunished!
I THINK IN SOME SMALL WAY BUSH MIGHT FIND A BIT OR REDEMPTION IN ALL THIS.
EITHER THAT OR HE IS TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO GIVE HALIBURTON THE CONTRACTS TO REBUILD
I’m not having a problem with Bush’s appointment. Helping out is what ex-presidents do. Actually, I’m happy to see Bush out and about again. I was wondering what was happening with him since he left Washington. I can detest the policies a person supports without hating the person. Life’s too short to hate people – and hatred wastes time and energy I’d rather use for other, more positive things.
